ICTEM 2025 was held at Munich, Germany during July 29-31, 2025 in hybrid mode.

The conference was co-sponsored by University of Barcelona and IU International University of Applied Sciences. At the opening ceremony, Our conference chair: Prof. Mario Barajas Frutos, University of Munich, Germany delivered the welcome speech and opening remarks of AIET to all online/offline participants. Prof. Fatos Xhafa, who is the editor in chief of Elsevier Book Series "Intelligent Data Centric Systems" and Springer Book Series "Data Engineering and Communication Technologies", from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (UPC), Spain presented the excellent keynote speech before the morning coffee break. After the break, Prof. Piet Kommers, University of Twente, The Netherlands did the keynote speech “A.I.: The Need for Conceptual Thinking in Education”. The third Keynote speech was presented by Prof. Thorsten Fröhlich, from IU International University of Applied Sciences, Germany.
In addition to it, we also invited Dr. Alexandre St-Vincent Villeneuve, Cognition Communication Laboratory, Canada and Prof. Ivica Boticki, University of Zagreb, Croatia to deliver the invited talks.
